Fairly small hotel with clean and spacious rooms in a great location a few moments from the beach and it’s collection of small restaurants and bars. There’s a pleasant little roof pool that was open late April and breakfast was fine. the staff were friendly. We booked at last minute after a more expensive place fell through on one of the busiest weekends of the year - IMS festival and various opening parties. This is a 2 star hotel. It is clean, safe, well run and generally decent. But if you want more luxurious surroundings book a 4 star hotel rather than moaning about the price or facilities. I had a superior twin and my friends had standard twins with balconies. These were basically much the same but mine was higher and I could see the sea. The 7th floor rooms have large terraces. Ibiza is expensive if you book late and/or it is a busy time. so I don’t agree with the bad value reviews. Sound proofing isn’t brilliant but I find that in many hotels. During our stay we found the guests to be mainly a polite, youngish and international crowd. Folks come home late, it is Ibiza town after all. But it’s respectful. on the whole I think the bad reviews are pretty unfair and the ones saying it isn’t clean are not accurate.

The staff were extremely friendly and allowed me to check in a few hours earlier than expected. The hotel was really clean and in very close proximity to the beach, could literally walk out, get food from across the street, walk to the beach and get back home within 15 minutes. Also 2 minutes from the bus station that will do drop off from the airport. Overall pleased with location, just don't expect it to be too modern - more value for money - will make people happy if you are looking to go out. Also close to Lidl and McDonalds if needed.

Nice clean hotel in a great location, just a minute from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage after check out while we explored before our late flight on our last day. Easy walk into old town and we found a gem of a restaurant 'Manny's' round the corner where we ate a few times. Overall a great stay!

I love this area... is more or less quiet to compare with Playa d'en Bossa - Restaurants, Bar and Beach is very close. Staff was very helpful, It was possible to make a early checkin without extra costs. That helped me for the rest of the day, because I arrived very early (8.00am).

Very nice area, 2 minutes walking to Figueretas Beach, lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Taxi to Pacha night club costs around 10 euros each way even late night. Also there is a bus station to get bus to the airport 10 minutes walking. Clean and comfortable rooms.
